How to Communicate with Your Child’s Nanny

Some parents who hold top positions at work somehow fail to maintain good working relationships with the people in their private employ—such as their children’s nannies. If you are having some nanny problems, it may be time to evaluate how well you communicate with the person who looks after your little ones while you’re away.

For many parents, the problem often stems from the inability to set clear expectations. As smart parents would agree, it simply won’t do to leave the nanny in the dark about the things you permit and prohibit within your household. For instance, if you require the nanny to do your child’s laundry or if you would rather take charge of potty training your child, then by all means say so. The most qualified housekeepers in London aren’t just someone who has had some experience in domestic work. They are highly skilled workers who can be expected to keep your home clean and in top condition, even with little supervision. They are very methodical, to ensure that no nook or cranny is left untidy or undusted.

Many households, however, expect more from a housekeeper than just a thorough cleaning job. They also prefer housekeepers who have cooking skills, or who can at least offer assistance around the kitchen; as well as those who can be trusted with the laundry.
